Ingredients

  • Een overheerlijk koffiedessert:
  • 400 ml slagroom
  • 4 el kristalsuiker
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 g speculaas
  • 75 ml espresso (wij gebruiken hiervoor 2 Ristretto Decaffeinato capsules van L'OR ESPRESSO)
  • 15 g amandelschaafsel
  • 2 el cacao
  • .
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 shot L'OR Ristretto
  • 100 - 200 grams chocolate ice cream
  • 30 ml coconut cream

Steps

    Add all ingredients to blender.

    Blend until smooth.

    Pour into glass.

    Garnish with a small sprig of mint and a pinch of red chili threads.
